We are doing last minute packing. It's off to NYC in the morning, leaving Joshua to house sit for us and to feed all of the animals. A 23 day journey begins tomorrow with some incredible meals on the horizon. I have told people that I am off to Europe to check out WiFi and trolleys. I just signed up for the Boingo Global WiFi account which should make it affordable to stay connected. Also, looking forwarding to blogging from the QM2 and taking pictures of the food, especially at the Todd English restaurant on board. In NYC, we are eating at Bobby Flay's restaurant, and in London at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant Maze, and River Cafe where Jamie Oliver got his start.
Also, while we are in London all eyes will be upon David Beckham in his debut with the LA Galaxy. I hope to pick up a magazine or newspaper with him featured for his LA debut.
